By accessing or using the BarkatPoint platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Platform Rules and Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Submit false or misleading information regarding channel statistics or brand identity.
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees for initiated campaigns.

4. Campaigns and Payments

Agreements made through BarkatPoint between brands and creators are binding between those parties. BarkatPoint acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the completion of deliverables or final payments outside of our escrow/wallet system (if applicable).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by BarkatPoint and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the content they create for campaigns, subject to their specific agreements with brands.

6. Limitation of Liability

BarkatPoint is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the success of any campaign and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
